My sisters and I had to unexpectedly arrange our younger brothers funeral. Someone always stayed in touch to keep us updated. From the very first phone call, to the meeting to arrange the funeral at Arnold's, to our request for non religious service and for that person to have a personality and not be too stuffy (Dom was perfect), the lovely guy there when I went to see my brother the Sat before the funeral, he was so geuinely nice, the guys driving the cars and hearse were just so helpful, reassuring and patient. Thank you
