Having suffered another bereavement just months earlier I was keen to find an alternative funeral director, this is how I came across Alliance Funeral Care.
I cannot lie I was a little dubious as to the service I would receive considering there services cost less than half of another director that I had used several months earlier for my late father.
They collected my mum from her home where she sadly passed away with dignity and compassion. I cannot fault the service and have nothing but praise.
They were genuinely there to help me at anytime night or day should I have had any questions. I felt confident that my mum would get the professional service she deserved.
On the day of the funeral the service provided was second to none, Professional, Personal, Dignified & Compassionate.
I can safely say that for a company charging less than half of what my fathers funeral cost they delivered a service that is better in every way possible from the usual expectations of a funeral right down to the tiny personal touches.
I cannot fault at all and will without hesitation use them again when the unfortunate need to does arise.
