Service lacks compassion

Used the Herongate wood service. Met two funeral directors from the business and both could have done with more \'bedside manner\'. Appeared unprofessional and disorganised when it came to choosing a plot. When I made a complaint, it was handled very badly, and completely missed the point. Appears to be a business focused on money-making which is fair enough but show a little compassion for the bereaved. The Chapel at herongate wood was dirty and clinical. Not a place for a funeral of a loved one
