Adrian from lloyds was so professional friendly and really listened to me - everything was organised for my mum with no problem and the horse ,carriage and floral coffin were out of this world !!

You cannot fault anything from lloyds and I could relax knowing my mum would be looked after

I am so glad that lloyds were recommended to me by Melanie Sopp who conducted a caring and thoughtful service
