SAYING GOODBYE TO MY SISTER

Thank you is not enough to say how pleased and grateful I am to Sharon for helping me with the arrangements for my sister on 4th December. It was all the little touches, like driving past her house where she had lived for 60 years. She found the area where her husband ashes had been scattered in 1978 and was able to get hers put in the same place. She helped me with the order of service and phoned to let me know how everything was going. Also a big thank you to Graham and the pall bearers. They are so kind and professional and show such respect to your loved ones. Nothing is too much trouble and also the courtesy call the next day is so thoughtful. I have used Apps for most of my family departures and can highly recommend them for their excellent service. Thank you so much. Bobbie B
