As a family we have very recently used this funeral director for our Dad\'s funeral. Throughout the difficult process of organising everything at a painful time, they were incredibly helpful, respectful and caring. They smoothed over every potential problem, nothing was too difficult, and always they were polite, friendly, attentive and understanding.Also, they were unobtrusive at all the times when we didn\'t want to be aware of them, never overcrowding us, but always in the background out of sight should we need them, All in all, I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will certainly use them again when the time comes.
